History
2009
Ultrazz joined Roblox in July 2009. Shortly after joining, he enlisted in The Robloxian Armed Forces. Fighting alongside the Allies, they defeated the X-101st and the Axis. After his discharge, Ultrazz began posting on the Forums. Having loved movies and acting all his life, he gravitated to Robloxiwood. There he began developing his feature film, ROCKY. As Robloxiwood was in it's infancy, Ultrazz set out to organize the community. On October 18th, 2009 Ultrazz opened ZZStudios. At the time, there was another large studio, RobloxiVideos running the forums. Ultrazz was a businessman first and saw the potential in a merger of the groups. On October 20th, 2009, RobloxiVideos mereged with ZZStudios to form ZZRoblox Studios (ZZR).
There was a burst of creativity with ZZR now being operational. The first film concept was created, F-56. This project brought the young ZZR Community together for the first time. The project also caught the attention of an aspiring director, Revenger123. On October 26th, 2009, Revenger123 joined ZZR Studios. To accompany Revenger123's joining, ZZR partnered with RE-Studios that same day. Shortly after that, ZZR began developing the short "Roblox Hardest Mysterious Murder." On November 2nd, 2009 ZZR Studios released it's first short, Roblox Hardest Mysterious Murder.
There was a lot of buzz about ZZR in it's first weeks. This buzz drew in many directors. On November 3rd, RoYeL and Batman26948 joined ZZR Studios. RoYeL began developing intros and logos. Ultrazz continued to frequent the forums, where he met long time friend and business partner DonCurrency. On November 7th, 2009, DonCurrency joined ZZR Studios.
On November 12th, 2009, ZZR Partnered with Robux-Soft and released it's first film trailer. As a result, ZZR was growing at a rapid rate. However, they were yet to release a feature film. On November 14th, 2009, ZZR announced the film 2012: The End Of Roblox, which would be a defining film. On November 15th, 2009, RoYeL made ZZR's Official Logo, which was in use for many years.
Ultrazz had aqquired REStudios and Robux-Soft, and began discussing a partnership with DonCurrency's studio, The Mafia Films. On November 21st, 2009, ZZR Studios Partnered with The Mafia Films. The same day, DonCurrency signed on to the 2012: End Of Roblox Project. On November 26th, 2012, ZZR Studios in Association with RE Studios released it's first feature length film, 2012: The End Of Roblox. In the next few days, ZZR Studios in Association with The Mafia Films, released it's second feature film Carlo County Outlaws.
These two films put ZZR Studios and Associates on the map. Following the premieres, Magma23 suggested that ZZR host an award ceremony called "The Movie Bloxxers." The whole community began prepping for the first Robloxiwood awards ceremony. On November 30th, 2009, Robokiller2 joined ZZR Studios. He would be the host of the 2009 Movie Bloxxers Awards. On December 4th, 2009, Alienkiller1638 joined ZZR Studios. During December ZZR launched an advertising campaign around the site, which caught the attention of an aspiring actor, Gutioyu. On December 27th, 2009, Gutioyu joined ZZR Studios.
The 28th and 29th of December hosted the Movie Bloxxer Awards. On the 29th, ZZR Studios hosted it's first Christmas Party at the Iron Cafe. There Ultrazz and the community rejoiced, as they knew their company was something special. During the party, Alomo19 suggested ZZR Studios create a magazine highlighting the accomplishments of Robloxiwood. On December 31st, 2009, Issue #1 of ZZR Magazine was released and 40 copies were sold. 2009 was an amazing start for ZZR and was the beginning of Robloxiwood.
2010
ZZR continued to grow and began to take shape as a media empire. On January 6th, PatrickBurton1996 joined ZZR Studios. The studio started promotion for four feature films REVENGER, Army of Brothers, Bad Company and The GodBuilder. On January 16th, 2014 Halopro21 joined ZZR Studios. Those three films pushed ZZR and Associates to super stardom.
Wtih growing family commitments RoYeL had resign as chief advertising director. Though he departed he remained in contact with the studio, and stopped by from time to time. ZZR's success with it's first films spawned sequels, 2012: The 6th Day and Army Of Brother 2: There Will Be Blood, and Bad Company: Earned in Robuxs. In an interview, RoYeL stated he was rebranding Robuxs-Soft as VIK Films and that ZZR would be parterned with them.
By February 2010, Ultrazz began finding it difficult to operate ZZR and attend to his life's commitments. Densle12 of X Pantion Studios was having similar troubles. ZZR Studios partnered with X Pantion Studios, shortly before it's dismantling. It helped produce it's final few projects. Ultrazz began to become more and more distant from the ZZR and the Robloxiwood communnity.
As with many actors, directors, and set builders ZZR Studios was the leader in Robloxiwood. Having built the biggest and boldest studio, Ultrazz was always watchful of aspiring talent. Rick120 came on the scene in March 2010. ZZR Studios partnered with Rick Roll'd Productions shortly after his joining. ZZR went on to produce the entire Vortex Security Saga (2011 - Present), Currency (2014) and Dream Clouds (2014) with Rick Roll'd Productions.
By late 2010 ZZR Studios had grown to over 300 members in the home group and over 600 members in the ZZR community. ZZR Studios had become a brand name. As like many studios, WRS Corporation realized this and worked very hard to become a ZZR Partner. Thankfully the studios met and finalized a partnership, which would last through the rebranding of WRS Corporation to ConFilms in 2013.
ZZR had established a permenant position in Robloxiwood and Roblox History by the end of 2010.
2011
ZZR Studios maintained it's size and loyalty to it's Associates for it's entire active run. By 2011, the Robloxiwood community began to become more disbanded. Revenger123 became inactive as did Ultrazz. Taking long breaks from the studio, Ultrazz allowed for young directors and studios to use ZZR as a platform for their work.
Throughout 2011 ZZR's production and releases began to slow.
With founding leaders Ultrazz, RoYeL, Revenger123, and Doncurrency all being relatively inactive, ZZR's prime came to a close.
Surprisingly the studio maintained massive numbers even with varying levels of inactivity.
Llunet joined and added spark to the desert, ZZR helped produce all of her works.
Knowing that he could not amount any more time to ZZR and Roblox, Ultrazz left Roblox semi-permenantly. Leaving DonCurrency (Now CosimoValuta), Halopro21, and Batman26948 in charge of ZZR.
2012 - Present
ZZR Studios continued to produce and direct films through it's Associates. Over the years ZZR and Ultrazz have produced over 30 films which have been viewed over 550,000 times. Ultrazz left a legacy for the Robloxiwood community. "That when the community worked as one, it's greatest accomplishments were made."
Out of the blue, Ultrazz decided to reconnect with old friends DonCurrency, Rick120, and LordCrossfire82. His brief return coincided with the opening of "The Ultrazz Centre," and the 2014 Octoberfest Film Festival, where he won the Lifetime Achievement Award. Ultrazz remains an influential leader in the Robloxiwood Community, and checks in on the community from time to time.
